Information we collect, and where it goes
Redbroch LLC is the independent company identified on this website. The inquiry form asks for your name, email, firm, optional phone number, topic and message, and lets you attach files. Article suggestions collect a name, email, topic suggestion and an optional preference to be told if we publish on it.
When you submit either form, the contents are emailed to Redbroch’s business mailbox from intake@redbroch.com. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can answer you. Your IP address is included in that email and is used to apply rate limits, because a public form with neither is quickly abused. Closing a form without submitting does not submit its contents.
Two companies process this on our behalf. Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the code that receives the form, stores attachments, and operates the anti-abuse challenge you complete before submitting. Microsoft carries the email and holds the mailbox. Cloudflare also processes ordinary request information such as IP addresses and security logs as part of serving the site.
There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookie on any page. Nothing about your visit is stored in your browser. External websites linked here have their own practices.
Retention. Inquiry emails are kept in the business mailbox indefinitely; there is no routine deletion schedule. Attachments are kept in Cloudflare R2 and are also kept indefinitely, because the email holds a link rather than the file itself. Applicable legal obligations and deletion requests are considered separately; write to Samuel using the details at the end of this page.
Purpose, access and retention
We use what you send to answer you and to work out whether Redbroch can help. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone beyond the two processors named above.
Inquiries reach Samuel’s business mailbox. Attachments are held in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket that only Redbroch can reach, and the email carries a signed link rather than the file. Because the mailbox holds links, the bucket is where attachments actually live, and both are kept indefinitely with no routine deletion schedule.
If you would like to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, write to Samuel using the details at the end of this page. We will do what we can in light of the records available and any obligations that apply. This page does not claim a specific statutory eligibility or a fixed response deadline.
Checking the article-notification option currently records a preference only. No newsletter subscription or notification email is sent. Any future email program will need its own working preference and unsubscribe arrangements.
Attachments and confidential information
The form accepts up to ten files, each up to 100 MB. We accept PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook message, CSV, text and image files, and we check that a file’s contents match the extension it claims rather than trusting the filename. Anything else is refused.
Files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. The bucket is not public and the files are not listed or browsable. Each one is reached through a single signed link that appears only in the email we receive. Files are always served back as downloads and never rendered by the browser, so a file cannot run code on this domain.
Attachments are not scanned for malware. Do not send tax returns, Social Security numbers, account credentials, financial account information, protected client records or other confidential material through this initial inquiry form. A warning cannot make an ordinary inquiry channel suitable for confidential exchanges.
Client documents for an engagement belong in a separately agreed transfer channel. The permitted information, authorized recipients, storage location, access controls and deletion arrangements depend on the engagement. Sending an inquiry or file does not by itself establish an engagement or grant Redbroch access to your systems.
Security and deployment
The form is protected by a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, per-address rate limits, a server-side check of every field, and a short-lived authorisation that expires if a page is left open. Submissions travel over HTTPS. These are ordinary, sensible controls. They are not a security certification, and this website makes no compliance claim of any kind.
Software may run in a firm's existing environment, on local hardware or in a separately agreed hosted environment. This website does not guarantee that every proposed system keeps all information on premises. Model processing, temporary copies, logs, backups and provider retention need to be considered for the specific design.
No website or software system can promise absolute security or uninterrupted availability. Specific service levels, security responsibilities, ownership, licensing and support terms belong in the written engagement agreement. Examples on this website do not create an uptime guarantee or a blanket regulatory-compliance assurance.
If you believe you have found a security issue, email Samuel with a description and the affected page. Avoid sending credentials or sensitive records as evidence, and do not access other people's information or disrupt the service.
Third-party names and trademarks
Product names, logos and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Accounting-product references describe familiarity; the broader technical selection illustrates categories of tools that may be considered. Inclusion is not a ranking, an endorsement by the owner, a reseller designation or a representation of partner status.
Microsoft, Azure and other Microsoft product names are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Other names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Any specific relationship must be stated expressly and accurately; a logo alone does not establish one.
Samuel identifies his credential as Claude Certified Architect. This is an individual credential, not a statement that Redbroch is an official implementation partner or that its work has been endorsed by the credential issuer.
Questions about a mark or its presentation may be sent to Samuel. This notice does not grant visitors rights to reuse third-party artwork or override a rights holder's terms.
Accessibility
The website uses semantic headings, labeled form controls, keyboard-operable navigation and reduced-motion support. Accessibility review is ongoing. This is not a claim of complete conformance or certification.
If a page or form is difficult to use, contact Samuel by email or phone and describe the page, the difficulty and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology involved. You can use those contact methods instead of the form. Please do not include sensitive information in a problem report.
Articles, illustrations and general information
Articles describe technology and general considerations. They are not individualized tax, accounting or legal advice. Professional judgments and regulatory requirements should be addressed with appropriately qualified advisers. Tools and provider capabilities change; an article should be read in its context rather than as a perpetual guarantee.
Articles are written by Samuel and are not client case studies. Examples and diagrams are explanatory unless explicitly identified otherwise. No illustrative outcome should be interpreted as an actual client result.
Watercolors are interpretive artwork, including computer-generated illustrations, rather than documentary evidence or exact archaeological reconstructions. The founder portrait is an edited representation based on Samuel's photographs. The Highland targe illustration references The Metropolitan Museum of Art's Scottish targe, accession 1996.83; the museum is not affiliated with Redbroch.
